I found the hotel to be a lovely place to rest, located in the mews. The spa experience couldn't have been much nicer; it ticked all the boxes with perfect amenities.
The hotel has a perfect spa building separate from the main hotel, with comfortable loungers but occasional disturbance from staff walking through to treatment rooms. The staff is willing to help with carrying luggage despite the flight of stairs. However, there were missed opportunities for treatments despite multiple requests.
The hotel's location is outstanding with beautiful gardens and surroundings. The rooms allocated to me were good, functional, and had a clean bathroom. However, the room was too hot to sleep in. The service provided by the staff was very friendly and accommodating, with Alex being particularly charming and helpful. The dining experience was overall poor with cheap quality offerings. The hotel's facilities were average without standout features.
